Ingredients for 4 people: - 2 sp / person -
- 180 g of natural tuna
- 2 peppers
- 3 eggs
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 40 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 40 g bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon of capers
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Wash and cut the peppers in half, then seed them and keep to one side.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the tuna and add the chopped garlic, bread crumbs, grated parmesan cheese, chopped capers, salt and pepper, and mix well.
Stuff the half peppers of this mixture and arrange them in a dish covered with parchment paper.
Pour 1/2 glass of water into the bottom of the dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 180 ° C.
