Here is the recipe for the WW Light Strawberry Cake, a tasty, fluffy and very light, fat-free cake, easy to make and perfect for a seasonal snack.
Ingredients for 8 people: - 3 sp / person -
- 140 g of flour
- 40 g cornflour
- 10 g of agave syrup
- grated zest of 1/2 lemon
- 3 eggs
- 1 jar of yogurt 0%
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 50 ml of skimmed milk
- 200 g strawberries cut in half
Thermomix preparation:
Preheat your oven to 170 °.
In a bowl beat the eggs then add the agave syrup and the lemon zest and beat again.
Add milk, yogurt and mix.
Then add the flour, cornflour and yeast and mix well until a smooth and homogeneous paste.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish covered with parchment paper and arrange the strawberry pieces on the top of the cake with a light touch.
Bake your light strawberry cake for about 40 to 45 minutes.
