Here's the salmon recipe with thermomix cherry tomato sauce, a tasty, complete dish made with steamed salmon and potatoes, topped with a creamy cherry tomato sauce. It's an easy and quick dish to prepare for thermomix, perfect for a light evening meal.
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon pavers
- 2 potatoes
- 1 shallot
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 350 g of water
- 15 g of olive oil
- chopped parsley
- salt pepper
Thermomix preparation:
Place the salmon in the varoma and set aside.
Peel the potatoes then cut into cubes and put them in the cooking basket.
Put the peeled shallot into the bowl and mix for 5 seconds at speed 5.
Add olive oil, water, cherry tomatoes in half, parsley, salt and pepper then insert the cooking basket with the potato.
Insert the varoma then set 25 minutes varoma to speed 2.
At the ringtone remove the varoma and the cooking basket and mix the sauce for 40 seconds at speed 8.
In a serving dish place salmon and potatoes, then drizzle with cherry tomato sauce and serve.
