- 240 g of farfalle
- juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 200 g of natural tuna
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- chopped parsley
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Cook pasta in boiling salted water as directed on the package. Then drain them
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the chopped garlic and grated lemon zest for 3 minutes.
Add lemon juice, drained tuna, chopped parsley, salt and pepper, stir and let simmer for a few minutes.
Add the drained pasta with a small ladle of pasta cooking juice and let skip 2 to 3 minutes.
Then serve your tuna and lemon pasta dish immediately.
