Pasta with Tuna and Lemon WW

Here's the recipe for WW Tuna & Lemon Pasta, a tasty lobster-flavored farfalle dish that's easy to make and perfect for serving cold or hot for a light meal.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 7 sp / person -

  • 240 g of farfalle

  • juice and zest of 1 lemon

  • 200 g of natural tuna

  • 1 clove garlic minced

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • chopped parsley

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Cook pasta in boiling salted water as directed on the package. Then drain them

In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the chopped garlic and grated lemon zest for 3 minutes.

Add lemon juice, drained tuna, chopped parsley, salt and pepper, stir and let simmer for a few minutes.

Add the drained pasta with a small ladle of pasta cooking juice and let skip 2 to 3 minutes.

Then serve your tuna and lemon pasta dish immediately.
