Ingredients for 4 people: - 2 sp / person -
- 800 g red and yellow peppers
- 3 onions
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 150 ml of fat-free vegetable broth
- 40 g black olive
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Wash the peppers then seed them and cut them into strips.
Peel and then slice the onions.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 4 minutes.
Add the peppers and continue cooking, stirring for a few minutes.
Then add the hot broth and let it simmer until all the liquid has evaporated.
Season with salt and pepper and add the black olives and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve with peppers and black olives.
