Ingredients for 4 people: - 1 sp / person -
- 350 g shelled shrimp
- 4 zucchini
- 1 clove of garlic
- chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Wash and cut the zucchini into cubes, then peel and chop the garlic.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute.
Add the zucchini and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then add the shrimp, salt, pepper and parsley and simmer another 10 minutes.
Then serve with shrimp and zucchini at once.
