Here's the recipe for light butter-less waffles with Thermomix, delicious crisp and light waffles, easy to make with thermomix, to be served hot, sprinkled with sugar or topped with jam.
Ingredients:
- 180 g flour
- 250 g semi-skimmed warm milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- 20 g caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Thermomix preparation:
Separate the egg whites and yolks.
Put the egg yolks, the oil, the flour, the milk, the vanilla extract, the yeast and the sugar into the thermomix bowl and mix for 20 seconds at speed 4.
Pour into a bowl and let stand for 30 minutes.
Wash and dry the bowl then insert the whisk, put the egg whites and snow-rake for 4 minutes at speed 3.5.
Add the egg whites to the previous preparation and mix with a Maryse.
Heat your waffle iron and cook the waffles for about 3 to 5 minutes.
