Here is the recipe for WW Light Apple and Yoghurt Cake, a tasty, light, fluffy cake with melting apples, easy and simple to make for a gourmet snack.
Ingredients for 10 people: - 3 sp / person -
- 3 apples
- 250g of flour
- 200 g plain yoghurt 0%
- 15 g of agave syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
Preparation:
Peel the apples, seed them and cut them into small pieces.
Then sprinkle with lemon juice and set aside.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the agave syrup and the grated lemon zest then add the yoghurt and mix.
Then add the flour and yeast and then mix until you get a smooth and even paste.
Stir in the apples and mix.
Pour the dough into a cake pan covered with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
