Here is the recipe for the lentil and tuna salad WW, a tasty light salad rich in vitamins made from lentils, tuna and vegetables, easy to prepare and perfect to serve as a light meal or as a cold starter for the most gourmands .
Ingredients for 4 people: - 2 sp / person -
- 150 g of lentils
- 180 g of natural tuna
- 50 g of rocket
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons drained canned corn
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 bay leaf
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Dip the lentils in cold water for about 1 hour, then drain them
In a saucepan filled with salt water, add lentils, peeled garlic clove and bay leaf and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
Drain the lentils then remove the garlic clove and bay leaf.
Peel and cut the carrots into julienne, and cut the cherry tomatoes into 4, then peel and cut the cucumber into cubes.
In a salad bowl put the carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, rocket, corn, crumbled tuna and salt, pepper and mix.
Add lentils and olive oil and mix again.
Then place your salad in the fridge until ready to serve.
