Egg Casserole with Shallots and Salmon WW

Here is the egg casserole with shallots and salmon WW, a good light and complete dish easy and fast to realize, to taste in entrance for the gourmands or in light dish with a good green salad.






Ingredients for 2 people: - 2 sp / person -

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 shallots

  • 40 g smoked salmon

  • 4 tablespoons of 4% cream

  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Peel then chop the shallots.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the shallots for 5 minutes, salt and pepper.

Then divide them in the bottom of 2 ramekins.

Add the diced smoked salmon and fresh cream.

Then break 1 egg in each ramekin and then salt and pepper.

Put in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
