- 8 all-beef hotdogs (sliced in half lengthwise)
- 1 pound ground beef (80% lean)
- 1 small red pepper (diced)
- 1 small yellow onion (diced)
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup low carb tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a 7x9-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
