This is the WW Courgette and Curry Chicken Recipe, a tasty light dish that's easy and quick to cook, perfect for serving with a salad for a light and balanced meal.
Ingredients for 4 people: - 5 sp / person -
- 500 g of chicken breast
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 onion
- 2 teaspoons of curry
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 glass of semi-skimmed milk
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Wash and cut the zucchini into slices, then peel the onion and chop it.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes and flour them.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
Add the zucchini and cook for a few minutes.
Then add the floured chicken pieces, salt and pepper and stir and brown for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle the curry, pour in the milk and stir and cook for about 20 minutes.
Then serve your dish immediately with a good salad.
