- 500 g of chicken breasts
- 1 onion
- 90 g of gorgonzola
- 180 g semi-skimmed milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Peel the onion and chop it finely.
Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and flour them.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
Add the chicken pieces and let brown a few minutes.
