This is the recipe for WW's Chicken with Cherry Tomatoes and Olives, a tasty dish made with chicken breast with cherry tomato sauce and green and black olives. It's easy to do and perfect for a light meal.
Ingredients for 4 people: - 4 sp / person -
- 500 g of chicken breast
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 60 g of pitted green olives
- 60 g of pitted black olives
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons flour
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Cut the chicken breast into slices and flour them.
Peel the garlic and onion and chop them.
In a skillet, heat the live oil and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
Add the chicken slices and leave to brown on both sides.
Add halved tomatoes, sliced ​​olives, chopped capers, parsley and salt and pepper to pan.
Pour 100 ml of water and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Then serve your chicken dish with cherry tomatoes and olives immediately.
