Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef (80% lean)
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini (pressed to remove moisture)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup sugar-free tomato sauce
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a large casserole dish with cooking spray.
