Catalan cream with Thermomix





Here is the recipe for Catalan cream with Thermomix, a delicious unctuous cream flavored with orange and cinnamon, all caramelized, easy to make thermomix and perfect for a gourmet dessert that will impress your family.






Ingredients:

  • 500 ml of milk

  • 100 g cane sugar

  • 4 egg yolks

  • 40 g cornflour

  • zest of an orange

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Thermomix preparation:

Put in orange zest in the thermomix bowl and mix for 15 seconds at speed 8.

Add the sugar and chop for 20 seconds at speed 10.

Add the milk, egg yolks, cornflour and cinnamon and adjust for 7 minutes at 90 ° C at speed 4.
