Ingredients for 4 people: - 8 sp / person -
- 300 g ground beef
- 80 g bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml of half-milk
- 30 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 onions
- 1/2 glass of white wine
- 150 ml of vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation:
In a salad bowl put the minced meat then add breadcrumbs, egg, milk, parmesan, salt and pepper and mix well.
Form meatballs and keep them on the sides.
Peel the onions then slice them.
In a saucepan heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 4 minutes.
Add the meatballs and let brown for 2 minutes.
Then pour the white wine and let evaporate.
Add the vegetable broth, cover and cook for about 15 minutes.
Then serve your dish immediately with a salad.
